The problem is not that power metal can't convey the atmosphere of the song, it's just that I failed to do so because of my lack of skill. The reason I covered it in the first place was because I knew I will fail and I wanted to learn from the failure. It would be cool to hear a metal cover by anyone who's know a thing about making music, but it will not likely ever happen due to how obscure Flёur is as a band.

No way. The only reason spotify is allowed to exist is because of the deal with major record labels: every author is forced to pay to a record label first before uploading. This is why there's no "upload" button on spotify, and until this changes, my stuff will not be on it.

@@solcivitelli7693 I struggle with other songs? Nah. Every single Melanie's song was a nightmare to work with from start to finish, because they had a bad compatibility with metal. With Aurora's songs I was only gated by the speed at which I can move my mouse and input notes, while with Melanie's songs I sit there for hours nervously gnawing my nails trying to figure out what to do and why nothing works. And since all my Melanie's covers, except Pluto, lean toward rock, means even after tremendous efforts I have still managed to fail, because the goal was to convert them into metal, not rock.

@NaySan Look, the truth is that I don't know much about music. But everyone tells me that I have good taste in both lyrics and instrumentals. And the truth is, we already know that Melanie has almost no compatibility with Metal (I wish), what you did was great. Although I'm not going to torture you by asking for more songs from her; as you said: it's a nightmare. I love rock and metal, I wish Mel made thousands of songs from those genres. Even his sweet voice for me would sound perfect in those rhythms. Don't worry, you do it very good. ✌🏻 (PS., do I speak english well? I'm from Argentina)
