No foul by either boat. The J/30 was subject to Rule 13 from 0:54 to 0:56. The J-30 kept clear of the T-10 during that span of time. Rule 15 applies to the J/30 at 0:56, requiring it to initially give the T-10 room to keep clear. The T-10 as the newly keep-clear boat had ample room and opportunity (about three seconds) to avoid in a seamanlike manner. The T-10 did not have to anticipate the J/30 becoming the right-of-way boat and take steps to begin avoiding before the J/30 actually became ROW.

I'm fascinated by where you stash your spinnaker pole along your boom - is that part of the boat design or something you thought of/seen somewhere? I've never thought of that being a possibility!
