It seems this song was made for this performance and this episode but, of course, it came much later. There are all kinds of suffering but this kind of suffering is unique. I was put on pain meds for neurological nerve issues a few year ago. I have trigeminal neuralgia and glossopharyngeal neuralgia and optic neuritis. I've reduced them to two a day down from six. I'm choosing it on my own and trying to bear the pain because no one wants to go through a quick withdrawl. My pain med wasn't available for several days and, man, let me tell you: YOU DO NOT WANT TO KNOW WITHDRAWL. I never took anything kind of pain med for more than a few days after a dentist appointment before, etc. Try you damnest to never take them more than a week. My problem is I'm in pain. I hope they come up with a treatment for pain that is non-addictive and gets rid of a person'e pain. This was really good acting.

Jesus, what a beautiful tribute, I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face. I am shocked how much this wonderful man’s passing has affected me. Perhaps it was because he was my first crush and such a huge part of my life back when I was 12 years old and throughout my teens , watching Starsky and Hutch and listening to his music for hours on end. Beautiful happy memories of a time when I was surrounded by a loving family, (all gone now) My life was so care free. RIP my darling David and thank you for the joy you brought to my existence, I will treasure the memories until my last breath. Fly high Angel ❤

Wow! Shocked in his passing. watched Starsky & Hutch in the 1970's. What a beautiful tribute Song. He will be Missed. Condolences to his family and friends. The song made my wife and I cry. Life is short, have faith and believe in God and Christ our only salvation! R.I.P. David Soul!

Starsky and Hutch was my favorite show when it aired that many years ago! I would watch it again,providing they used the right cast to make it happen.

My father and uncle were plain clothes cops for the Nassau County Police Department in NY, they were childhood friends who became Cops and eventually partners, the people in the town called them Starsky and Hutch. My father passed away 5 years ago, and when Starsky and Hutch comes on TV it brings back memories of them working together. RIP Hutch.
