The Do it Guy
Канада
Добавлен 17 янв 2018
I've created this account for enthusiastic DIY-ers like myself. This channel is to share my ideas and experiences in building, fixing, basically anything around the house!
Converting 3 point hitch snowblower to front mount snowblower.
I made this conversion because I'm to cheap to pay $7,000 for a front mount snow blower. Plus after 5 minutes of backward snow blowing i looked like a snow man, and my back heart like hell.

I didn't do calculation right. :-) The Rim sticks out an inch. Always do the math twice so you have to order ones. Lessen learned.

Recycled asphalt on grass.

This is an experiment to see what's gonna happened if I skip a step ant not install the 3/4 inch crushed stone base. You can take a guess and leave a comment.

Damn bro, is there anything you can't do?
received a Seibon rear diffuser for my Supra an it's spider cracked, I'll probably have to fix it myself because these companies involved just run scams
is that next to the sewage line ?
no
Good job!
How much did this cost?
$1000 CAD
Thats awesome. Good Job!
Is it crushed asphalt or asphalt millings? Crushed asphalt $15/ton . Millings $40/ton
@@tonyqin3741 Millings
Where did you connect the solenoid wirings?
@@Jay-zd1jz to the battery. It's doesn't drain it. I but a switch between the battery and the solenoid.
So I just bought some resin and couple days ago and have been procrastinating doing the same thing here because I'm nervous about it.. but watching this video just gave me the nudge I needed! Thank you.
Thanks for the help
I can do it for cheaper with a couple hairspray cans
Nice!
Good Job!
I have so many questions about how you came to the decision to put that 4000lb winch on that Jeep 😂
😂😂😂😂😂 it worked in my head.
Just put up a update

I’m waiting for my millings now not gonna do anything to it after I spread it but tomorrow I’m using a plate compactor
Good luck. Post some pictures after you done.😁👍
You got to check them every single time, you never know.
Where did you find the bracket that attached to the door?
I bent it from a peace of stainless still.
Its gonna look so good when its done!
I would love to do this on my 98 Eagle Talon!! Well a bodyshop
You won't regret it 😀👍
Thank you for making this video. I've been thinking about doing this. I designed built and sold over 400 roofing hoists with these motors and extension ladders... and a few elevators. I have a question... is it just gravity that closes the door? Most have springs and they would have to be removed because the hoist doesn't have a pull option... they just let the cable out.
I know this video is old, but I am wondering if you need high pressure hose for the ones that actually shoot the co2 out. I know the one between the bottle and solenoid need to be high pressure, but the ones that actually "purge" or spray, do they need to be? Thinking about it there wouldnt be pressure buildup in them because it just shoots all the pressure out.
You right. The one after the solenoid doesn't hold pressure. But i would still use the same house all the way, because hi presure hoses are good quality.
Thanks a lot, gave me a whole new idea to build my onion harvester
Do you builded? If yes, have some videos? I will try construct one but have no project for now
Should had put liquid bitume (« goudron » in french, what is used over concrete basement) , just after the installation and repeat each year!
Im on a well. So i have to be careful what goes in my ground water. Plus i wanted to see how is it if I don't ad nothing. I think is just fine. 😀
I can't find projects on earth batteries (climate batteries) for small (e.g. 10ft x 20ft) greenhouses or hoop houses. They are all for larger green houses and more professional gardeners. Do you have any information on how this system is going to help ? How did you decide to do this vs other heathing methods? Or, do you have evidence it will actually work!? Thanks.
Im experimenting. I will post update on how it's works.
Awesome
dude that's a proper project good luck
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Do you need two different hoses ?
No. One hose cut in half so the smoke come out at the same time.
It's pressure treated so it's should be ok. But You right. I wish i would of done it that way.
Looking good. Only potential problem I can see is that maybe you could have put the post a bit further in and have the roof go out a bit furter so it would cover the post and the end of the joist so there wouldn't be a lot of rain sitting on top of it. But maybe it doesn't matter, since you're using preassure treated wood.
Awesome!
Thanks for the updates!!! Getting mine done tomorrow!
good lock. post the video.
Right over the weeds and grass . They will grow right thru, some pretty nice recycled asphalt, almost looked new
Check out the update videos. After 3 years it's still looking good.
Oh, the finished product is stunning ❤
