Appreciate the love Lucas! 🤙🫶 I'm not using any mods in this campaign, although I do like the "Fallen Eagle" for the fall of the western Rome time period & the "Bronze Age reborn" mod for a more ancient vibe Another few I want to use is the "Battle graphics" & "Battleground commanders" mod. More men will be visible in battle, and the leading commanders face is shown with the other Cheers 🤙

@twdtwd1196 Hey! I loaded up a fresh game in that region and tried to do the same as you. For some odd reason, it wouldn't allow me to make him the vizier as well. I didn't see anything that would stop him from becoming one. Sorry, I'm not able to help you out on this one :/

@@NutriwehGaming Hello again. I managed to appoint my brother as vizier. I simply removed available candidates from the list, taking away their baronies or sending them away from the royal court. Then the list was updated and my brother appeared on it.

Nice Denzy👍 Do you personally hold those duchies in Scotland, or are they in your realm held by vassals? Well done getting free👏 Couple options you can take. You can add a succession law to your main duchy. It cost 1500 prestige. That duchy is now taken out of the inheritance, and your primary heir will now inherit your kingdom title and your second duhcy title. This may or may not work depending on how many titles you have You can destroy the kingdom of Wales' title and have your second heir inherit a duchy instead. You can always recreate it at a later time. But you run the risk of England forming it as well (depending on if they control enough land to fulfill its requirements). To be of better assistance to you, I would need to know the titles you held. Hope this helps though Denzy.🤙

@NutriwehGaming i play in the region a lot. There's dynamic flags too for England. There's a Danish variation and you've seen the Anglo-Saxon one and Norman. However if England has a claim on the Kingdom of France it changes to the Lions and Fir de Lis flags as well!

@kennys9537 yea you can definitely run the game on that👌 I would recommend the base game first, just to make sure you enjoy it. You definitely don't need any DLC to enjoy the game. This Ghurid campaign is with the Legacy of Persia DLC. See what region and government type you want to play as: Tribal, fuedal, or clan. And that can help you decide what DLCs to get a little bit. Did you want advice for this particular campaign? Or the base game in general?

@kennys9537 my pleasure🤙 one of the main things is protecting your realm, whether you're controlling one county or a whole kingdom. You predominately do this with alliances, arranging marriages with your children/& family members with the ruling family (another count, Duke, king, emperor). By careful forming too many with ambitious rulers as they may use you to aid them in offensive wars to expand their realm- which isn't always bad because then you get a stronger ally for those years but the down side is you're making less money due to your army being raised, having a larger upkeep. You may even be losing monthly by having your armies raised. Another important thing to keep in mind is powerful vassals in your realm. They'll be the first vassals that appear when you go to your council to select people. They should have a red hand next to them somewhere as well. If they are unhappy, they can rebel and cause civil war, potentially even destroying your kingdom/empire title. They expect to be on the council, but you can 'sway' them, gift them gold or artifacts to gain positive opinions and keep them happy enough to not rebel. The next major part is developing your land. Always pour the most money into your capital constructing buildings and other holdings in it like cities, temples, and other castles (baronies). Upon your characters death, your realm may potentially spilt into two different realms if you control enough land, so you can slowly expand and keep it all together under your next character. Upon Succession of rulership is the greatest chance of civil war due to your brothers and other claimants rising up to become the ruler of your primary title (Duke, King, Emperor). Your powerful vassals will also dislike you more because you get hit with a 'short reign' modifier but it goes away with time. Your player will be part of a certain culture, and if you control the most land of that culture, you'll become the 'culture head' and determine which technologies/Innovations to research for your culture. Example would be the next level of economic or military buildings, Succession laws so your primary heir gets more territory (and thus you are stronger upon Succession). With culture you can establish things called 'traditions' which is the way of life for all characters of that culture. You can make your culture better fighters, certain buildings more powerful based on the landscape, even have your culture produce more people who go down the 'learning' and 'stewardship' path vs the 'martial' & 'intrigue' lifestyle. Religion also plays a part in the game, with 'hostile, astray and evil' relationships between any two religions. This affects opinions from the characters and even casus bellis to go to war with them. Hope this is a help🙏 I made a video called 'quick start beginner guide' like 35-40 mins that covers the above material in more detail.

@showbeaut Ooo 👀 you're kinda close to the playthrough I eventually want to get to. Start it off with King Solomon's father David and build the kingdom to the borders of God's promise to Abraham if his ancestors obeyed. Part or all of Nubias kingdom is in his desired empire. The lands east of the Nile and west of the Euphrates (If I remember correctly). What campaign are you currently playing?

@@NutriwehGaming In 867 Iberia there a few good ones to pick from. One of my favorite games I ever played was Guifré de Barcelona (he’s a starter character on the main menu). He has very clear goals from the beginning and a bit of a revenge arc you can pursue. I also really love his Catalan culture. It’s one of my favorites in the game. Once you’ve claimed your rightful seat of Barcelona, you have lots of different options. In my game I usurped the kingdom of Aquitaine and went from there. You can mess with France, Iberia or even Italy from the central location of Barcelona and grow a prosperous trading kingdom. Not to mention the islands in the Mediterranean are easy pickings and good money makers. There is also the King of Asturias, the lone Christian king on the peninsula. He starts off in a better position than the other Christians but I like the idea of him leading the charge to reclaim Iberia. 1066 Iberia is a bit more messy. You could take part in the sibling rivalry of the Jimena brothers. Each of them offer their unique challenges and story. The Duke of Portucale is also a good character to choose, as you can go for his achievement and form and independent Portugal. He starts off in a bad position, with his only heir being a daughter who is married patrilineally.

@@NutriwehGaming I am less knowledge on the situation in Africa, but I know there are characters in both start dates that are of the Solomonid dynasty, apparent descendants of King Solomon. They are in modern day Ethiopia I believe. I would imagine both starts would be fun, but 867 might be better as you will have the Iranian Intermezzo going on to your East. That part of the world is very fun to play in. A conquest up the Nile, eventually taking Egypt would be a fun starter goal. In most games I see the Coptic kings ally with the Byzantines, so a stretch goal could be taking over that empire for yourself, or just carve out your own and have them as a useful ally. Once you have Egypt, Jerusalem is right there 👀 and it’d only be right to claim it for your dynasty.
