99%+ of our Vietnamese girls (or Asian girls in general), are with Asian guys, .... Can't you see the couples on the street (or any other places) in East Asia & South East Asia,.... can you? And I see most of black guys in Vietnam usually go alone, by himself or a group of men, NOT with any Asian girls.... all of my Vietnamese female friends told me that Vietnamese girls prefer Asian guys the most, ranking to be exact like this: Asian guys > White guys > Black guys > Indian guys (South Asian guys) I think you know what I mean Non-Asian guys with Asian girls don't even nearly be 1% of all the couples totally, (in Asia, of course, don't count that in other continents) And I have no idea what you said: "difficult for Asian guys"??? what do you exactly mean by that??
As Michael Jordan famously said, "Stop It, Get Help" None of this video is related to dating at all. I have no idea what prompted you to go on a diatribe about the dating preferences of Asian women or Vietnamese women in particular. Also, at no point did I say the words "difficult for Asian guys" or even speak about any particular group of men. Let me repeat MJ's now famous meme refrain, "Stop It, Get Help" .

So let me ask ,just to be sure. I already bought my accommodations for 30 days however I didn't buy plane tickets yet. I can easily add a few more weeks. Are are you saying we can stay as tourist up to 60 days? Fyi My accommodations is the middle of January to middle of February
If you're a U.S. citizen you'll get at least 30 days on arrival. If the gov't has implemented changes it could be 60 days but no one knows. If you're staying for 30 days total you have nothing to worry about.
@Alex_Unorthodox thanks I just didn't want to be stuck with a 60 day flight ticket and only allowed 30 days. Laws can change. Thanks brother
@@justice4all997 Just a bit more information to clarify as best I can. You may get 30 days on arrival and you may get 60 if the rule change has been implemented by early 2025. My guess is that it will have been implemented by then. Even if it hasn't you'll get 30 days on arrival and then you can go to immigration and get another 30 like I did in the video.
Only my right speaker is playing audio.
Sometimes it's like that. My speaker was giving me trouble the other day.
@@Alex_Unorthodox Its because of the way you recorded it. It's not the speakers fault. Only your video is like this
Nice! How did you handle those aggressive solicitors?
"No thanks" or I ignored them. Works like a charm.
Bro, just because you don't know the road rules doesn't mean there aren't any. It's perfectly fine to ride a motorbike there -- old ladies and teenage girls do it. I bet you can too.
Have you been here, Bro? There must be some loose 'rules' but it's mostly chaos. I don't know those rules so Grab it is for me in HCMC. I'm not condemning the traffic situation, simply stating that I won't rent a scooter here as I did in Thailand.
@@Alex_Unorthodox I've lived in Vietnam 10 years, from the US. Ride motorbikes, big and small bikes, and drive a car. The traffic isn't as bad as you make it out to be. You just don't understand it.

Maya mall is nothing compared to the big malls in Bangkok, not that I am a mall lover
No doubt. Maya Mall is relatively small in comparison to Bangkok malls. Good place to shop nonetheless.
no 60 day exemption yet, sadly
Hopefully the government can implement it soon: There are certainly a lot of people who would like to see it.
It’s 30 days. If you didn’t do the tourist visa before coming.
Thanks for the info, Muajin.
@@Alex_Unorthodoxhow much?
I came by air on June 25 2024, and received 30 days visa.
Thanks for the update. It's useful info. It looks like Gov't implementation hasn't caught up yet...

Yeah, I wish I knew but I never will.
Fascinating. Love your interview/narration style.

classic.. just be sure to film and take photos of the bike before u rent it...most rent bikes is old ones that been in accidents and are pretty illegal's
Good advice!
@@Alex_Unorthodox pretty common that scooter and other renters "find damage" after..so the photos and filming is for ur security..i do the same with condos when i rent them
Oh, you think you have to yell at shady people here in thailand eh? You have no idea and NOBODY should take advice from you concerning dealing with Thais. You were lucky this time but keep it up and you WILL eventually get hurt and when you do it will be where the cops WONT help you. This is Thailand mate and you are not Thai. Really, this video takes the cake for the dumbest most dangerous advice i have ever seen on RUclips for dealing with people in Thailand. Do this to the wrong shady person in the wrong place AND YOU ARE DEAD and some poor myanmar guy gets set up to take the wrap because the shady guy is connected. Consequences here are not the same as the west.
I have a friend that owns a custom motorcycle shop , I was in there one day and he asked me if I knew Pardo , I said yeah I know him pretty well , … he then told me Pardo had just called and ordered a custom pipe for his bike , I said “ he’s kind of a shitbag , I hope you had him give you a deposit “,.. he said “ No I didn’t , but if he leaves me hanging once the pipe comes in I’ll have his bike stolen and he’ll never see it again “ … sure enough Pardo found a better deal on a pipe and when this one arrived at the shop he ghosted my friend “… and you guessed it , three months later my friend came out of Trixies bar and his bike was gone . So I guess the moral of the story is,… you might want to park that click 160 in your hotel room tonight
That’s not cool throwing the German weed shop owner under the bus like that , Thai culture looks down heavily on people bad mouthing them or their businesses
I didn't throw anyone under the bus. The guy was Thai German and he was standing in front of the shop in question speaking what I relayed in the video freely. I'm sure they know how they're perceived by the surrounding business community. Based on this and your other comment, you seem paranoid.

Well, well under 20.
Yep, just arrived and the rather sour passport control lady told me that it is only 30 days (UK). The 60 day visa did not begin as of 1 June, as claimed by many RUclipsrs. 😔
Thanks for sharing your experience. Some commenters are saying it's simply a lag in implementation and that it's a matter of time before 60 days on arrival takes force.
@@Alex_Unorthodox the lady seemed like she'd told thousands of Brits the same thing this month 😅 yep, a classic case of the news and media outlets jumping the gun.
Local immigration and border run companies probably won't allow the changes. Sorry. Not gonna happen. 60 days and 180 days visas would be nice but impossible.
I guess we'll have to see what happens. I'm still optimistic.
Pity these tourists don't have time and guts to ask questions about anything Thai that they don't comprehend. The Thai Buddhist alter, soy milk drink, and the rest must be inscrutable to them. Travelling is an adventure to expand the horizons. If you look for familiarity, might as well stay at the boring homeland.
You have to be a bot to have spewed that nonesense out. The soy milk comment segue into inscrutable Thailand made my day, though.
60 days not yet signed into Royal Assent but will be in a couple of weeks
Thanks for the information. I'm sure a lot of people are anxious to better understand the recent changes.
What's this, a white man in Thailand with a white woman? I've never seen this before.
Not so fast, haha. She's just a friend I met and got on with who happened to share the van. Sorry not to break the stereotype, haha.
@@Alex_Unorthodox Once you go Thai you are sa-baii (happy) Those who know know. :-)
I just came by air yesterday on June 3rd and got 30 days visa exemption, I'm holding a Swedish Passport. I think Its gonna take some time to implement the new law. Anyways, good luck!
This is exactly the information I was looking for. Implementation is the key. It'll take time. Enjoy!
Me too. I have 30dy ticket to return from Uk in September but as soon as 60dys confirmed I'll change ticket, it's coming, just takes Thai time
@@097534 Smart strategy.
That visa on arrival60 days decision was made by Thai government in the late days of May , although the dicision is valid, it is not to be applid before it goes thru byrocracy, so it is absolutely impossible according to the thailand byrocracy it to come 01.06.2024, the earliest day it can come on is 01.07.2024 according to the Thailand law
Right, I assumed it will take some time to be implemented so I wasn't super surprised that I was given a 30 day extension.
dude, this is visa exemption and not visa on arrival
Dude, I think we can both agree on that.
It is a million times better than Philippines & other Asian slums. Also what is the point of this as not many people live tbere anyway ??
The point of this is that it's an interesting thing to exist: It's directly adjacent to Gangnam, the richest district in Seoul. I know there are poorer slums elsewhere. I never said Guryong Village was the poorest slum in Asia. It's a point of interest in Korea and a social issue, so I made a video to show it.
@Alex_Unorthodox it came about when the Olympics was in Seoul but there are only a small amount of old people there now who deserve to be left in peace ✌️
@@staceyallan1976 I am aware of its origins. In fact, I made another video precisely talking about the reasons it exists. It seems like you are offended that people make videos about Guryong Village. I respect your right to voice your opinion that people believe the area's residents should be left in peace. Likewise, understand I am completely free to make videos there.
@Alex_Unorthodox I'm not offend. I've saw a few vloggers doing the same on the same area & the elderly residents that are still there. Good luck on your travels ✌️🫰😎

Thanks and good luck in Korea. It's interesting that you're going to be connected to the flying car industry. SK has invested in Joby Aviation last I knew. Very cool!
What amazes me is that the people are still smiling and good hearted. Other cities like this is full of criminals, drug and alcohol addicts, and zombies. The government needs to do something for these people. The rich gets richer, the middle class is dying out and the people are generally getting poorer all over the world. It's great that you are exposing this.
Thanks for the comments. Guryong is well kept despite the obvious difficulty of living there. I agree, the middle class is shrinking everywhere. I made another more in depth video about Guryong and why it exists. If you're interested, check it out.
