Yes you may use it. This happened near Oxford Alabama. The driver of the Toyota Truck pulling the trailer was a drunk illegal immigrant who was ejected and laid unconscious for several minutes. He come to and eventually slipped off from the Police and left the scene.

But bottom line is as you can tell by what I am saying, I knew this was going to happen and I really hate that there was nothing I could do but fall back and try to secure the scene after.. I did get your husband out of the car and he was in a state of shock, I tried to get him to just lean up against his car, but he had the adrenaline going by then.

Yes you can use the video. My wife was coming home and this car in front of her was paying no attention or like most people nowadays looking at his phone. Traffic in front of him had stopped and signaled to make a left turn. By the time he noticed it was too late. He could’ve swerved to the right and missed it all. The driver of the white Honda said he had gotten out of jail earlier that day. This is at DeArmanville Alabama. Near Oxford AL.
