Welcome to Techung’s Music Channel.
Nangma and Toeshey are traditional music from Lhasa Tibet. These recordings are part of Tibetan Music Preservation Project. These recordings are funded by a grant from the New York State Council to the Arts, 2022. We thank the NY Folkloric Society for facilitating this grant.

Today is the official launch of my music tour in Africa 2022! I will perform Tibetan music in Mali, Morocco and Burkina Faso. The journey takes place in the historical Salt Trade Route where I will meet traditional musicians and dancers from these countries. Thanks for The Dance Road for this initiative.
