I F. Hate Tesla because of fsd lockout stupid system. I paid for a system by the time it is fully available the car will have already run its course. Then this so called beta crap is so flawed, it locks you out even when you’re paying attention to their stupid prompts. Then you have to wait a week to a month to get access to a system paid for. Their customer service is horrible. After owning a tesla since 2020. I will never buy anything own by tesla. Do yourself a favor spend your money elsewhere. You will thank me for it.

Tesla recommends 2024 MYRWD with LFP batteries to charge to 100% where does the regen current go and won't it wear brakes faster if i do that? The rationalle is to calebrate the range but i would rather wear brakes less. Hard to find this info.

I thought you said you'd have the link to the product in the description... I certainly know how to find it myself, but I'd think you'd link with a promo code. Anyway, I already have the Enhance S3XY Buttons which provide most of this functionality and more. I do like some of Teslogic's status screens better though. The Dragy functionality is also missing from the Enhance kit.

I don't understand the "lack of control" argument. I have a new Model 3 LR (my first EV) and descending mountain roads is pure joy. Don't need to touch the brakes, just modulate the accelerator like a dimmer switch; very smooth and intuitive.

I found this by “tesla y limited recuperation”. Driving down from Gaisberg near Salzburg starting at 1320 m, I get a “limited reg breaking” symbol at 1050 m and at 15% downhill, my Tesla Y can not hold 50 km/h by regenerative breaking.

Precondition, I see a lot of videos talking about about preconditioning for cold weather. Is it equally important to precondition for hot weather (100 degrees +) when leaving the house or when leaving work?

Curious to see efficiency between coasting down a medium hill to then return back up a hill vs regen braking down the hill and then accelerating up the next hill

Regen is "Full control of the car". Coasting is so much more dangerous than enabling one pedal driving.

When you need to brake then regen braking is almost 100% more efficient than friction braking. It is a no brainer to use regen when you need to stop or slow down. However, when you are cruising down the highway especially when going slightly downhill the choice is between coasting and regen. In some specific scenarios coasting will actually be slightly more efficient than leaving regen enabled. You really have to enable and disable regen as you drive to maximize efficiency. Maintaining a constant speed the entire time is actually the single most effective thing you can do for efficiency when driving at highway speeds without traffic.

On motorways the regen is nothing, in towns and cities with stop start traffic, that's where it has good effect

You need to do the test in city driving…

For rolling the motors need energy i think, otherwish the permanent magnets fix it in place correct me if i'm wrong
