I got this 21 times. This week. Im beginning to think someone is hacking me
its not someone hacking you, maybe some hacked AT&T but not you, i have been getting them too, and i was looking on reddit and a lot of people are getting these alerts.
Gotten these "tests" on my phone as well, about 6 or 7 of them within the last week alone. I have tests on my WEA settings turned off but these ones are still coming in no matter what. It's annoying.

man, today was a FIELD DAY. i was in vancouver with friends for most of the day but managed to catch one SVR for my home county (clackamas)
From one source, they say this was a internal RMT that was accidently sent to the entire state. I'm not sure if this is true yet.
