Ha ha. That's hilarious she thought the dinosaurs were made for the movie. I've driven past them hundreds of times and they are right off the interstate highway in a town that's basically just a few gas stations and a store. There's a casino there now as well. The thing is that for the movie they are light up with green and red lights and look very impressive but you can only really see them during the day. That location is also featured in a movie called The Wizard that came out a few years later. Interestingly, someone built a small dinosaur theme park with animatronics about a 100 meters from there, but he original T-Rex and Brontosaurus are free to look at and touch.

Can anyone else recite the entire movie as well?? Pee-Wee's Big Adventure is one of the best and most original movies of all time!

Both Pee Wee's Big Adventure, and Beetlejuice scores were modeled after "Nasty Habits". Slow it all down for Batman. It was wonderful watching Danny emerge from the shadow of The Mystic Knights and evolve to one of the best composers of the late 20th century. Sadly, Danny is embarrassed by his early works, and doesn't seem to grasp the impact his journey has had on generations. Tim Burton evolved together with Danny as such an iconic team, from visual arts, (O.B. Sleeve art) to feature films that came together so naturally, one without the other produces a void that nags in the back of your mind.

Oh man, 13 years ago wow! I've been a huge fan of Burton since I was a little kid, seeing '89 Batman, my first exposure to the man. He's amazing with such mind-blowing creators, the absolute best! But, when you listen to the man speak, you wonder. He's definitely an introvert. He's not a strong speaker and listening to him try and convey his thoughts, he really struggles or just has an immense amount of excitement, who knows, but this man is worshipped wherever he goes. I can't really understand what his fascination with old English culture though, he has it seems more a love for the English than his American roots. Nothing wrong with it, to each their own but, interesting and wonder why

Tim is about the only director I know of in modern times that has such a specific style and eye for things that you always know he's behind the camera. It also doesn't have to be a specific genre. If he does a comedy, drama, superhero movie it doesn't matter. He always has his distinct thumbprint on it. It's amazing really.

What Tim Burton also didn't care about is who were the Batman impersonators that got arrested nationwide. To be hounding the movie director it's not enough. Having him get arrested, even killed is everything. I sometimes do, begin to wonder how many Stewart Stevenson clones will there be? That's the Beavis and Butthead Stewart Stevenson.

Is this the best of Tim Burton? Since he normally, as usual, in the long run, creates something that's macabre-like. In fact, anything that's R-rated trash. The movie that's called "Miss Peregrine and the Peculiar Children" didn't win an Oscar Academy. Joel McHale was smart enough to avoid granting this movie an Oscar Academy. Tim Burton is indirectly following Satan deep secret. 🗑

I used to ride by those giant dinosaurs in my parent's car when I was a kid, too, so I knew they were 100% real when first saw the movie. It seemed perfectly normal for southern California. And Jan Hooks was such a wonderful comedic actor, just a perfect role for her.

Fun fact the entire plot was based on a pre world war 2 Italian film called The Bicycle Thief
