I actually agree with the creator's content. It's been 3-4 months since I broke my phone and from that day, I am using an old Nokia keypad phone. Allow me to share my experience with you all, first week: I was feeling like I was missing out a lot of things like latest memes, trends, etc. apart from then later I realized most of my work was done even I didn't had my phone. I became more aware of my surroundings and chores I do and I felt more control over my things. Now I don't feel like I need to keep my phone with me all the time. Honestly, I am still using my social media but the active time reduced to few minutes(1-2 hours max). I would suggest you all should try phone detox for one week every month, and you can share your progress if you wish. thank you all or reading this comment and I wish you the best if you're trying to do digital detox
