Hi, thanks for the upload. Much appreciated. Can you clarify please: 1. Does the oven remain open when the rotisserie mode is on? It appeared from your video that the rotisserie rod was not going to allow for the oven door to be closed. 2. Can the oven temperature control to specific temperatures? Some recipes call for the oven to be preheated to a certain temperature like 250 degrees etc. Thanks
