big speedrunning tip thats strange: you do NOT have to go to the side for worm you just slide under it

pretty decent, you forgot about unshifting after a slide, this provides longer slides, and pingponging works because of avoiding friction with the ground

It isnt really movement tech but what about parrying carnation? I havent seen anyone do a guide on how to do it properly

As someone who plays the game too much (As of writing this im Lv900), here's some more tips! :D 1.) If you slide on a stair room and jump afterwards you gain alot more speed rather than if you just kept sliding. If you get unlucky with the stair room generation you might get caught on a doorframe, if you do get caught, try not to uncrouch, that wastes the momentum you gained, just try to go around the door while sliding 2.) A lever room will pretty much always spawn around 2-3 doors after a safespot (the white light area), if you're fast enough (and lucky enough) you can use the hitbox of the levers to avoid carnation completely. This trick is pretty hard to do, and requires alot of practise, But if done right it saves alot of time! 3.) Try not to instantly hide under something when Sorrow attacks, since the rain gives you a small amount of time before it can kill, try to get as far as possible and survive. Same with Dozer, try to minimise the time you spend on those kind of entities 4.) If you spam slide you get slightly faster, it isn't a great source of momentum but it still makes you somewhat faster. hope i could help :>

How adjustment?

Made one I call 'suBtlehopping' Press C and then immediately press Space, then repeat the moment you hit the ground +Easier to do than bhopping/jumpsliding and requires less keysmashing -Difficult to do through doorways and overall not as fast (though still faster than normal movement)
