Hi guys, I applied to the Disney College Program Summer Alumni for 2025 and was accepted! This will be my second program and I did not apply for the Fall, only the Summer. I put Fall in the title only because these questions may be useful for those interviews as well (considering they are all conducted around the same time). DCP Spring 24 *SUCCESSFUL* Phone Interview!
I applied January 21st, got the phone interview on the 23rd, and have been ACCEPTED yesterday (January 30th). My interview lasted only 15 minutes. We were both short and too the point about our questions and answers. This is my first time going and I am NERVOUS.
@@animegurlmbp that is so exciting!! My first call was also 15-20 minutes long I believe. I was also really nervous as I hadn’t spoke to anyone who directly did the problem, knew no one there, and it would be my first time truly going out on my own. It was the best experience of my life (which is why I’m going back). It may take a minute to settle in or get friends but just give it time. If you get a role that wasn’t your top preference, give it a chance. You may end up loving it. I originally had one location, got the flu, and got switched. The location I was switched to I heard AWFUL things about. I almost termed, but stuck it through and LOVED it. Feel free to reach out to me on Instagram (or here) if you have any questions!

@@Jalyssa888 I’ll be all good! I worked there last January, so I may get a little chilly but I’m not too worried about it! Plus, easier to pack light with shorts… so I figured I’d just suffer a bit to fit everything in one carry on haha
