How can i change it to F# ?
Do you have a short neck with 19 frets? Which string do you wanna tune to F# ? The bottom one close to the floor? or the top one close to the ceiling? If it’s the bottom one close to the floor, it might be too tight so it will break, but some of them could do it. it depends on the instrument, but why don’t you tune it the way it should be like I show here in the video?

@@staybolt8602 how do you tune your instrument? Bottom string close to the floor is A? They are different types, so it depends on how you tune it and then I can let you know Can you make the bottom string close to the floor on C?
@@BarakSazBaglama I'm not entirely sure how to tune it 😅. I am just starting out, and most of my inspiration has come from listening to Mehmet Erenler. In his videos I noticed he is playing what looks like a divan saz with 32 frets, but I do not know how it is tuned
@@staybolt8602 Mehmet Erenler is a great inspiration, indeed, I need to see your instrument and then I can know, but did you try that unit if you can tune it on bottom string close to the floor on C that would be great and you can take the long neck course, for Divan Saz that technique / study is anyhow for Long neck

What would you suggest if a key is too loose? I bought a bağlama and its top string is very hard to tune - it goes back all the time. I need to push its key very hard back after tuning, but it goes loose again and again
Hello You’re welcome to my website , where you can find a great online course pre-recorded that you could learn many different techniques on this beautiful instrument in the English language: baraksaz.com You have to check that the string itself is not wrapped around the key on the area that the key goes inside the neck. The string should be above the hole and not inside the hole - when it’s inside the hole so sometimes this happens - what you describe
@@BarakSazBaglama Thank you for the hint. Seems you are correct. The string really touched the contact place of the peg. Need more time to make sure the peg keeps being tight.

Hi , on minute 1:20 is this tuning which I call LA RE SOL, which is in English exactly A D G this is a traditional, most famous tuning for Long neck.
