This is not exactly a parlor guitar. It's a Russian sedmistunne, a 7-string guitar which is not tuned like a normal guitar but to a G major chord. There is quite a large literature for this instrument, but it is obviously dying out fast.

Squiers are so underrated it's ridiculous.. I own 8 squiers All hotrodded with a handful of parts, basic fret level crown and polish, setup and basic elbow grease.. wouldn't trade any one of them for expensive equivalents ..

That saddle is getting awfully short...hope you get a few more years out of it before a neck reset

What are you using on the fret? Super glue?

I love these old Russian and other obscure guitars. It seems you can find many of these at pretty good prices also. My only concern would be trying to find hardware or electronics that could replace broken or worn parts without heavy modifications.

😢 Classic Vibe 2nd gen neck... The trussrod are awful on these necks. They're too thin and orange tinted. I wouldn't invest in a refret. Wow
