The black and red tire changer from HF are different, the black is an update with thicker material for "heavy duty use" and it's powder coated, the red one is painted.

Now you just need to put the 90 pounds of air in it to create cracks stress cracks and seat the bead like Discount Tire does

The only thing that I saw that you did different was in sticking the long bar inside the square tubing to turn in and move the duck bill around. Others place the bar next to the duck bill and behind the vertical tower bar and use it for leverage to rotate counter clockwise. Just saying...but both ways seem to work the same.

I ride a motorcycle, and I can say, having any type of tyre changer is miles apart from doing it manually with levers.. I have a Rabaconda street tyre changer, it took me 5 minutes to change a tyre from taking it off, to putting a new one on. And I would say that changing car tyres is no different to having the hassle of doing it manually.. or with the help of a machine to save time and to remove all the fight and stress. If any one finds it hard to changer tyres on anything they should seek the help of a machine.. they make life easier.

Is it me, or are there as many video's that show how to do this.. that would make any one better at welding, watching some one learn how to not weld is petty hard to watch.. but I will give a thumbs up.. because it's a good try at doing some thing that some ones not used to doing, that will get better. I looked on eBay for this welder, and the first in the list was for $149.59 (for my Aussie dollar), but the funny thing is this, it says it's a Portable 140A Welding Machine.. how? How is it portable, I can't go out in to the middle of a paddock and start welding.. no power to do it.. it would be, if it was bundled with a generator... 2 in 1 as it has a stick handle... maybe lots of battery's and invertor. As staed as.. MIG Gasless Welder, HITBOX HBM1200 220V Portable 140A Welder Welding Machine.. they seemed to need to call it a welder welding machine, as if saying it welds twice as making some kind of point.
