My child at 9 attempted suicide April 2020 he is currently being used as a pawn a d leverage to prevent me from filing a Tort claim on his behalf. I have 4 law suits i can file. Santa Clara County abuse of power, ob struction of justice, false claims to bill medical, intentional infliction of emotional distress, revictimization, judicial malice, conflict of interest, negligence in care with a duty of care, misuse of federal funding. I have been blessed to find a few people behind the scenes paying close attention. My sons life is priceless and what has been going on depriving my son and causing more harm intently and knowingly are acts of nothing ahorter than a monster. Ive already calculated the loss and the loss if I do not fight and continue to shed light on this corrupt bullyocracy of over paid criminals in child protection, educational, mental, behavioral, and juvenilr justice systems will be a loss im not willing to consider. The risks that have been caused and created prior to his attempt when no one would listen or help and after while i have desperately been crying out for attention on these child abusers posed as child protectors and educators are risks that need to be taken action against to prevent the horrible people that despite all thr records and information shared are just as guilty for condoning these unlawfull acts
