It is a horse auction or sale, yes the horses are skinny but that’s just how they are in the wild, abuse if physically harming or starving or neglecting horses, it can also be overworking and overbreeding, solitary confinement and people that refuse to retire their old horses

My holiday home is next right next to a stables that got shut down and the horses there lived with no food or water for a month! They are now half dead and one was so weak it went lame and died the next day. R.I.P Buddy you were my favourite. 😭😭😭
