Hey hey! Thanks for the comment! I believe that the Japanese restaurant is already open, if I’m not mistaken. And if you enjoy top shelf liquors and if you’re the type to drink more than a couple of drinks per day, I’d say yes that the vantage club is worth the upgrade. The other drinks offered throughout the resort are your typical all inclusive resort drinks, nothing too special.

Yes, the portion sizes were a bit on the smaller side but yes, you can order more if you’d like. As far as the late night options, they did have a small cafe that stayed opened and served coffee, teas, sandwiches, pastries, etc. but that’s about it.

Yes they do have a swim up bar in both pools ☺️

When booking (through a travel agent), my husband told the agent that we were celebrating our anniversary and she said that she’d put in a special note but that there was no guarantee of a room upgrade. When we checked in, we asked if our room had been upgraded/decorated and they said no and that it’ll be an extra fee. We declined that extra fee and then the receptionist was like “let me see what I can do”. We waited about 10-15 minutes and she came back and said that they were able to upgrade our room for no extra charge. We literally checked in our room about 10 minutes later and it was already decorated so I’m thinking they already had us booked for an upgraded room and they just wanted to see if we’d pay that extra fee. That’s what I think lol. My husband booked the trip through a travel agent.
