Lulworth Cove:
Location: Situated on the Jurassic Coast, in Dorset, England.
Fun Fact: Lulworth Cove’s almost-perfect circular shape was created by over 10,000 years of wave erosion, making it a geological wonder.
Interesting Point: Part of the UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast, Lulworth Cove is one of the best places in the world to see how coastal erosion has shaped the landscape over millions of years.

Thank you for your likes and comments. I should have included my diet also. A few friends reached out asking for it. Being a vegetarian, I mainly eat all vegetables and fruits and for protein sources, I depend on nut and seed homemade protein powder with milk for breakfast and eat dals, legumes, paneer and tofu etc. Eating protein consciously helps in repairing and strengthening muscles after my workout
Animal and vegetable fat is important for regenerating the nervous system
I think one should consult a nutritionist before following any diet as our bodies are different and we have certain food requirements based on our needs 😊
