Mine came completely together, I just had to bolt the gooseneck in everything else was attached! Then the front wheel and the light! No adjustments required! Brakes work, gear shifter no rattling sound when I go off in the grass! It's solid built! I'm 62 and I Cruze around this small town I feel like Pete Pan 😂 just floating along!

I was riding the bike for the first time and like 15 minutes later it shut down while it was fully charge. Its been 1 day and I see that all wires are conected I take the battery put charge it and does not turn on

Good luck finding a battery that doesn't cost as much as the bike itself. Battery is 350$ in their website. Bike is 400. Keep that in mind.

No sound so it's not worth trying to figure it out.

How do you remove speed limiter

I just got one, it’s great but one thing I’ve noticed…..when my battery indicates it’s down to one bar, it doesn’t have any power, either throttle or pedal assist. I’ve had several e-bikes, the shutting down of power is more gradual on every other bike I’ve had. Is this normal for your bikes? Thanks

I just got an act best e-bike, it’s great but…..when the battery got to one bar today all power basically stopped, even pedaling there was no power, nor from the throttle. I thought it would be more gradual, pedaling seven miles with no power wasn’t terrible nor was it fun.

I just got the same version of bike I like everything but it came defective. The front disbrake plate is bender😢

I bought 2 actbest ebikes on Amazon, and when I got it all unboxed there was a big scratch and dent under all the foam like it came that way from the factory. Seems like a pretty good value for the money, but still frustrating when it’s damaged even before you put it together.

What color is the light when the battery is fully charged? Mine seems to be blue… but should it be green?

Installing this bike was a lot more trouble than I thought. Instructions were horrible this video didn’t help either. My bike came with some things uninstalled that the bike in the video had installed so I had to learn how to install them. Such a mess.

Mine came with the front shocks off and it's making putting it together way more annoying then it should be with all the wires.
