FISHING IN DREAM LAKE 1 FRANCE FOR 1 WEEK MEMORIES
came across this video in a youtube blackhole, but really good and helpful tips!
Sidney would there be many carp left in the Lough after the breakout over 15-20 pounds
Just put them on whole, that's what the fish will naturally hunt. Love the Norweigian accent by the way 👍
Beautiful catching
Brilliant tips, many thanks
Great catch
Great stuff lads. Been trying for ray the past week with no luck 😪 any tips? Baits etc.
sorry just seen your message i have a few other videos on my channel that hopefully might help you. the small bream that you can buy in the shops. we were dropping the baits out over 400 yards. there is a guide over there that you might be able to book if you are still having no luck. check out the videos they should help. sorry again tight line
@@sidneykennedy3841 thanks for the reply pal😊
I used to use smallish hard backs float fished for bass off Shoreham beach, pretty savage takes.
Yes they can be good when they are a few bass around. That is a good tip for anglers to know 👍
Absolutely no need to pull the legs off to find if it's a peeler crab, you simply take the tip of the second leg a gently pull if it comes away to reveal new growth then its ready to peel, don't do it to the very back legs as these are the crabs swimming legs. Keep all the peeled legs for tipping off baits a good way to mount a peeler is to cut it half way then open it out and whip to the hook you get a better presentation and larger area to leach out those juices that entice fish.
Always wanted to use crab but never sure what to do with it. Great video very helpful and very well explained. Thank you for posting.
That for the nice comment. I Have my daughter Amy doing video on her RUclips called amy's fishing adventures she is sharing tips on different types of fishing well worth a look 👍
@@sidneykennedy3841 thank you will check that out
Would I be able to catch them this time of year or would they be gone
Enjoyed video...music got a bit annoying !!🤔
I am happy you enjoyed the video and for the feedback👍
Tony Marsbar! Go on da kid..
I have used the hard crabs for cod and worked well, have you used them. Good video. 👌
Yes .but peeler have out fished them 10 to 1 when there was a lot of cod around. and nearly 20 to 1 in the last few years. There work a lot better with a small bit of peeler to give them a bit of extra sent smooth hound love them like that. I will be trying them with a few carp dips for extra sent to see if it will increase the amount of takes will let you know how I get on
@@sidneykennedy3841 cheers mate yip if I'm short of wings I tip it off for more scent trail.
thought he was gonna show how to bait up with hardbacks too.......
“He’s not good” *rips leg off anyway*
Hi Sid .. top o the morning Thanks for the vid, nice and clear does what it says on the tin mate ... 👍
No need to pull the leg off the hardback crab to know it`s not a peeler
How would you explain what a peeler is to someone that has never used or picked one. I have meet lots of young and old anglers that have taken up sea fishing for the first time and did not know there was a different. Any tips are welcome
@@sidneykennedy3841 If you try to break off the very end segment of one of the back legs and it comes away easily leaving a new jelly leg segment then you know it`s a peeler....if it`s difficult to break off then you know it`s not....also avoid breaking the very back "swimmer leg"
@@kevinbrindle4191 I understand what you are saying about the tip of the leg. But overall the leg will grow back. As you know when picking crabs you can tell the difference by colour and feel in a lot of occasions. The video are for beginners that don't understand how to check them. Hopefully if i get a chance to do another video this year and I point out what you have said. Any other tips are always welcome thanks for the feedback. tight lines
Epic stuff...
I love fishing for eels at anchor. I’ve started doing fishing vids, please check them out and sub back when you get chance. Sub #52 😉 Tight lines mate. 👍🏻🎣
Some cracking fish there lad. Well done. They aren’t easy to catch but are great sport when you do. 👍🏻🎣
Well done guys
Hi sid just discovered your chanel, brilliant, are there any shore marks in Cork for tope ,would love to catch one☺☺☺
i never heard of a tope being caught off the shore in cork. there is a few marks up the east coast and Waterford but hard to time it. if i hear anything i will let you know , it is a good few years since i caught them off the beach and must say they are good fun and are known to empty reels

Im comming soon Pepe
Could you let be have the ingredients of your groundbait? I did not clearly understand what you said after: "Her's what we use". The "fluffy" stuff after riddling, is it brown crumb mainly? Best regards from Holland Ton Uittenbogaart
love Rosscarbery
Remember this day when it swam underneath the boat! Unforgettable experience. What incredible creatures they are. The boat suddenly felt very small lol
Any tips for the method feeder in the Lough cork ?
