I get an "Accessed none trying to read property Dice_Bp_Ref" in unreal engine 5.3.2 when attempting to follow this tut
I figured it out... I had to make my BP_ThirdPersonCharacter auto possess player set to player 0
Make Dice_bp_ref isntant editible (open eye) and compile it. THen go WOrd outliner, find it and choose the dice (watch carefully after 02.10)

I followed all your steps, but for some reason my dice ref is not working. Whenever I press the E (in my case R) key nothing happens, and I get a report back with a "Accessed None trying to read property dice_ref".Node error. Do you know why this is happening? Edit: I asked someone on Reddit, and they said that I needed to remove the Player Start Actor and enable the Third Person Player Model to Auto Possess Player
Yes I know that error, you have to make a refferance properly as I showed in video.
@@gokhan.bayhan44 that's what I did. I created the variable and called it a dice_bp object. I then made it editable, compiled, and added the ball_bp to the call in General. I don't know why it is not able to reference the class.

@@BENCH-TEST that's what I suspect. I'll do some more testing later, but the only way I was able to get around it was to use a block that directly references the dice blueprint.

Öncelikle anlatımınız için teşekkür ederim. Fakat şöyle bir problem yaşıyorum. İnput kısmında e tuşuna atama yaptıktan sonra zar e tuşuna bastıgımda hareket ediyor promlem yok. Fakat staticmeshi yanlış görmüyorsam defaultsceneroot içine sürüklüyorsunuz. Aynısını yapmama ragmen zara sizin verdiginiz e tusuna tekrar tekrar basarak zıplatamıyorum. Yanlış anladıgım bir yer var sanırım yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.
Birde play yaptıgımda StaticMesh diye bir hata veriyor sayılar yazmıyor.
Merhaba, yaptığınızda yanlış bir şey göremiyorum. Hata mesajını tam olarak ne olduğunu yazarsanız Belki daha fazla yardımcı olabilirim

@@MrStrongg Anladığım kadarıyla static mesh yazmasının sebebi floor için koyduğumuz collision ile zarın mesh yapısının çarpışması. Floor collision zar durduktan sonra aktive edilmeli ve meshin üstünden teğet geçmeli. Neden E'ye basıldığında hareket etmediğine gelirsek: orada set actor loaction yaptınız mı? Ayrıca kullanılan impulse değeri yeterli de olmayabilir. Problemi çözemezseniz bana drive dan proje dosyasının linkini gönderebilrisiniz.
