The tightness of the foam looks like polyurethane. No, you can not mix hardener with polyester resin or catalyst with epoxy.

@@joeblow1942 probably rolling the cut cloth flat compressing it down before the resin goes to hard to work as cutting tends to disturb the lamination
@@laurencew5220 Yeah, I think you’re right. I just run my fingers along there but that roller seems like a good idea.

Can you explain what material you use for your white logo on the dark blue background? I have used rice paper for logos but cannot understand how to apply white color in my logos against a dark background. Do you print your logos on common white paper?
