2023 F350 XLT 6.7 Power Stroke CC DRW 4.10 Gears Viewer Requested Operating Temps, 16k bumper pull
I special ordered my truck to pull specifically in my area of operations
We have a combination of flat, hilly and "mountain" driving here
In my opinion 4.10 gears is the way to go, especially with the Ford 10 speed automatic transmission
If 4.30 gears were still an option, I would have gone with those
My 2009 F350 V10, 6 speed manual has 4.10 gears, I should have ordered it with 4.30 gears

Thank you to @C&JWelding in Fuquay Varina NC for making this adapter! They do great work, are fast, friendly and very reasonable! I was even happier when I saw it and found out it was an auger after winning it. @carlosrochaservices6487 #bobcat #excavator #grading #excav...

Hello nice job. .If you want make to yourself a favor.and press one end with a vise pliers .this will help with smoother entry
Are those plugs 3 pieces that tend to brake?
@@r1lukasz Howdy, they are not. I believe it was the 2 valve heads that came with those I believe 2005 and up have the 3 valve heads

@joshwyatt2184 great place to live!
I had the exact same problem but I did something different and worked awesome, With a siphon pump from the primer bulb instead of air I used a liquid to clear the filter screen Diesel kleen, heet, marvel oil, diesel, any liquid instead of air, and use a hand pump so you can control and feel the pressure release I felt it in the hand pump as I pumped the fluid in Cost me $10 hand siphon pump at harbor freight.
@thomaslecour2462 very nice, great thinking!

I will be adding one soon, I have received good recommendations for it with replies like yours Thanks!
What’s your rpm at 80mph…Texas driver here
Howdy I do not know I rarely go above 70
Other day was doing stuff in the yard and the T650 just shut off, no codes. Sat for a sec and started right up but did same thing like was starving for fuel, again no codes and no collapsed bulb. Did some googling and discovered a common problem on these is the fuel pickup dry rots and breaks off in the tank. Usually will shut off when tank is half full which mine is doing because the line isnt reaching the fuel any longer. Getting ready to tackle this . Will let you guys know if that was the case.
Hopefully you will be up and running soon!
That's there extreme line cracking like that?
I totally abused this attachment I should have used it in conjunction with a stump bucket I had it repaired for about $350 and I am still using it I would definitely buy another one
My t650 getting to much fuel what is the cause
Leaking injector
I have no idea I have not come across this problem If you fimd.out the problem, please post it
Do you haul that on a 14k trailer?
That one goes on a 16k tilt trailer
Hello, I am going to inspect and replace my 2012t 650 fuel pickup tube. I am hoping that I also will not have to take to dealer to replace. I am like you, I just can’t give my money away. Is this the correct path? Thank you Dave G.
Hello I would definitely start by getting a 5 gallon can of diesel, get three feet of fuel line and connect to your primer bulb
That what my wife said.. 😮
That's just lazy
Time is money
Ain't nothing there... How can you recycle nothing?
Someone already made holes to put in a fence I pulled out their posts and had minimal cleanout to put in my posts There are alot.of roots in NC where there are pine trees
liked the vid. could u do a review showing towing performance? like cruising rpms and boost and temps?
Yes I will, coming right up I did special order this truck and definitely wanted 4.10 gears Where I operate, I work in both cities and rural areas, so these gears are a great in between
Oh gosh boys and their toys😅
If it works and nothing breaks, then it ain't stupid!
Works for me!

“I drilled the hole…” *points into the endless void* “…right about there.”
Bad lighting I drilled as close to the center of the tank as I could The example I saw drilled at the filler neck
Interesting.
Hello To get the forks out, I pick them up with tooth bucket. The forks will tilt, but mine stay place while I unload
All that land and space skid steer with a chain. Lol live in a subdivision farm jack.
I agree! (This made a more interesting video) Thank you!
Heading to video never matched at all.
I will definitely try the angle on my e42. Thanks!!
Good to know! Going to have to try this tomorrow on my e35. Thanks!
Thank you for your comment! Let me know how it goes
When you started having issues did it not want to start and keep running
Hello Yes, the fuel rail pressure code came up in my case The priming bulb would be collapsed as well
@@carlosrochaservices6487 ok mine is not collapsing that's what's odd
I would check the fuel filter first to see if it is plugged I would by pass the original fuel pickup and see what happens The original pickup may have fallen off
Awesome 👌 job bro . I got a T750 2014 with the same problem. Dealer wants $2800 to replace the tank.
@@robbieshenk9156 I have come to conclusion that it's a fuel rail sensor
We have one doses a great job
Q tanbuenas son esas máquinas pregunta
I like the idea of sticking the tube down the fill pipe for a temporary solution. Sure wish they could make the pickup and sending unit more accessible. Thanks for doing the video.
Thank you for viewing and your comment. I grew up on a farm, that helped with making things work. You Tube helped with the solution!
Wonder if u just dig around it a little to break the surface

@@carlosrochaservices6487 .... I can believe that. Hey, your truck is a beauty... hope it treats you goood.!
@@LogisticallyMisrepresented Thank you! The power is unbelievable! I think it rides smoother than my 2009 F350 srw I already have about 200 miles on her, a trailer connected the whole time, 7k-15k weight depending on what I am doing,
Thanks for advise
How does that f250 do towing the e42?
With upgraded suspension and brakes, it does fine. It has the 7.3 with 3.73 gears
@@carlosrochaservices6487 do you ever haul it in your dump trailer?
@Jonathan Ashworth I do, the e42 just barely fits in it, the dump trailer is 14ft long
What’s the purpose of the chain hanging off the front?
Hello About 4 feet of the chain ends are connected to the front d rings so I can pull my trackloader forward, connect the chains, and back up to take out the slack. This way I only need to bind the back of the machine. I did not want to cut the chain in case I need it for something else. What you see hanging over the front is the slack/center part of the chain
@@carlosrochaservices6487 ok, now I get it. Nice setup. 👍🏼
Thank you!
Thanks for the video! Does it seem to be of good quality? I’m looking at buying a 4 in 1 from them.
Thank you for viewing! The quality is great! I also have their stump remover and their 4k forklift fork attachments and I am very happy with them as well In my opinion, the best 4in1 bucket is the Bobcat brand 4in1. I have used the heck out of mine, extremely happy with it. If you get the MSA 4in1, please.let me.know what you think about it.
@@carlosrochaservices6487 I have always heard that the bobcat brand ones are the best but they are so dang expensive. Especially when older used ones are the price of the new MSA ones. I’m somewhat local to the manufacturer here in NC so I want trying to consider buying local but don’t actually no anyone with one personally. Thanks for the feedback and if I do buy one I’ll let ya know!
Hey Carlos just remebered to give you an update. I did end up buying the MSA 4in1 and it is great. The quality vs money is awesome!!
@@williamdavidson2233 thank you for the update! That is good to know!
Gonna do it today
Wait, slow down. That's way too hard.
This is Marine style (aka barney style)
Good advice man! You charging by the hour for that or just a solid bid? I find by bidding by the hour I typically leave money on the table unfortunately. Subbed to the channel
I bid each job out. I have local friends that do similar work, I occasionally ask their thoughts on pricing certain jobs. This way we don't upset our local economy. I typically have a minimum to show up. I base some residential jobs on what it would cost them to rent a machine similar to mine, have it delivered and returned by the rental company. I sometimes ask what their budget is up front and decide if it is profitable to do. I am honest with these potential customers, if I can do it under their budget I will.
@@carlosrochaservices6487 that’s typically how I try to do it as well. By leaving money on the table I didn’t mean I could unjustly charge more and get away with it lol. I mean I have estimated jobs to take 4 hours before and then when I get them done in 2 they only want to pay for the 2 it took which is below my minimum that I’ve finally gotten more serious about charging. It’s all a learning process I guess.
@Ward Enterprises I definitely know what you mean by that. I have been there as well. I believe that giving a minimum price up front helps alleviate that. I tell a potential customer that there is a cost to moving and maintaining equipment. I have had a few mention how fast I finished the job, my response is yes, and it looks great, amazing!
The Cabs are the way to go 🙂
This method works great Aslong as your on a mini. Btw I love the e42. Many hours on one and I love it. Had to unhook that god awful beeper though lol
Yes, the beeper! The E42 definitely seems to be the ideal size for most jobs! It's capabilities still surprise me from time to time!

What is the GVRW of that trailer? What is the make and model?
Big tex 14gn 20+5 Monster ramps 15,900 gvwr The trailer has two 7k axles, the dealer told me that the extra 1,900 pound capacity comes from the truck axle carrying the extra weight
I think they have a ripper that slices through even better.
