I’d like to get some shares but it’s too close to it’s 52 week high so waiting for a pull back. Will start saving what I can and I may end up waiting until September or October when stocks can pull back. I’ve seen some good discounts then last couple years. Their Beta looks good so doesn’t seem to be very volatile. I’m curious, how many shares do you have in them right now? Good vid.

HESM HESS Midstream It’s a corporation so no k1 forms They usually raise their dividends every quarter by 1-2% HESM has said they plan on raising their dividends 5% every year at least until 2026 on top of the current 7% yield 3.2 debt to EBITDA which is low CVX recently agreed to buy HESS so there’s some that believe HESM might be next!

Nice video guys. My passive income strategy is pretty simple, but it works combining dividends and index funds with "non-stock" investments: 1) 40% of capital goes toward index funds. Buy and hold! These generally average about 8-10% over time. I stick to the main funds NASDAQ, S&P 500 and some specialized tech funds. 2) 30% of capital goes toward dividend stocks. Quality only! Buy and hold. Dividend stocks are nice because they pay your quarterly or yearly. I usually get about 3-7% annually from the dividends and a bit more from the gains. 3) 30% of capital goes to Dreamfire52 (short term forex copy trading) or something similar which is not correlated to the stock market. This allows you to make money even when the stock market is crashing. During the 2022 bear market, this fund went up significantly. That's it!

I own VICI and I don’t know how any dividend growth investors couldn’t own it! I mean Las Vegas isn’t going anywhere and casinos even in other cities aren’t going anywhere, they collected 100% of the rent even when the casinos were shut down for COVID! As you said VICI is growing their business and their dividends. I’d love for it to drop so I could buy more shares but get in now if you don’t own it

The higher ranges you mentioned from the ET7, ET5, & ES7 will come via the 150kwh semi solid state battery pack to be released 1H 2022, if I'm not mistaken. NIO'S ET5 isn't going after The Tesla model 3 per say. But more going after the BMW 3 series. In China in 2022 Tesla had the #1, & #2 spots in the 200k-300k rmb price range. While NIO has the #1, #3, & (#5 ET5) spots in the 300k-400k rmb price range last year. & the #1, #2, & &3 spots in the 400k + RMB price range in China last year.. And from the onset of the company their main competitors are not Tesla but BMW, Audi, & Mercedes Benz. FYI

Dividend dog. I found you on Twitter. ET is a cash flow beast. It is one of the most obvious "layups" I have ever seen in my 20+years of stock picking. I always have to throw out the warning that it does suffer from irrational sell offs when there is chaos in the oil markets but has proven to pull through every time. I have learned to keep some powder dry to take advantage of these opportunities. I am not affraid of the debt. Termed out long term debt is a natural hedge to higher inflation and they have a large and growing cash flow stream to support it. Also, as the video you showed and the war in Ukraine has shown, hydrocarbons are critical to our society. I really dont ever see that changing. ET is a multigenerational holding.
