I looked it up. Anyone can do a wizard of Oz movie, but Dorothy, the tin man, the scarecrow, and cowardly lion are protected by copyright and the visual representation. So they'd have to be careful with the visual representation and characters... basically hire a group of copyright lawyers.

I appreciate the feedback and viewpoints you provided. However, I wasn’t trying to that the author and screenwriter had no right to use God as a political tool for expression. In fact, most of the things that were presented in this movie are things that I also agree with. You are correct in the fact that Christians have used God’s name for political gain over the years and I’m not saying that’s right either. Rather, I was trying to express that I appreciated their stance on God in this film, but felt that the ending was a little too forced. The entire film made it seem as though the author understood where God would have His viewpoint on the situation. However, the ending for it just didn’t connect very well to the characteristics of the author and screenwriter gave God in this film. I’m sorry if I didn’t clarify my full thoughts on the situation, and it may be naïve, but my choice still stands. While again, you are correct that we have used God for political gang that does not mean we should.

Yeah, that was probably the main issue I had with it. I actually enjoyed the first film didn’t think I would, but I did. So to see most of it kind of be tarnished was a bit of a disappointment. Also the main focus should adjust been on the Joker, but it felt like it wasn’t.

That was the humor part I was mentioning in the video. They did a good job of making it realistic while also family friendly and fun.

@@knighthoodentertainment the swearing throughout was a huge turn off, the use of blm propaganda and just the overall message and tone of the film was something i never hope to see from Lego again..there’s a few more things i could list if I remembered but those are the main points for me at least 🙏🏼..also wasn’t liking the whole how he met his wife bit, they just act like it’s a huge joke that she left the person she was w before him for a popular artist👎🏼not what kids should be watching whatsoever

I appreciate the support man. In terms of the swearing, I agree with you at the end when LEGO failed to censor it. I will say most of it I could ignore because Lego did their typical humorous thing with the swearing except for the end. In terms of the BLM movement stuff I do have stuff to say about that as well, but I will go further in depth of that when I do a breakdown eventually I appreciate the support and your willingness to express your concerns about this film.

I’m glad. Been wanting to do more with devotionals and figured this was a good way to do it.

To me her voice is fine, but what really surprised me was how her character was portrayed in the movie. Most of the time her characters feel like Aquafina is in a animated movie. However, this one felt more grounded. Sure you could clearly tell that it was Aquafina, but it was Aquafina playing a character and not her playing herself. That's what I liked.

I agree. I felt like the way they presented her story was the building block for something bigger, but it was all cast aside for the sake of fan service. Don't get me wrong, Tai Lung was great in the movie, but his role in the film felt a bit short and as though it was meant for a different project.
