Shoulder workouts se directly bra bulge aur back fat kam nahi hoti, kyunki fat loss kisi ek specific area se nahi hota. Fat loss ke liye overall body fat reduce karna zaroori hai, jisme diet aur cardio exercise ka bada role hota hai. Lekin, shoulder aur back workouts aapke upper body ko tone karne mein help karte hain, jisse us area ka appearance better ho sakta hai. Agar aapko bra bulge ya back fat kam karna hai, toh focus karein: Cardio exercises jaise running, cycling, ya swimming - yeh calories burn karne aur overall body fat kam karne mein help karte hain. Strength training jisme back, shoulders aur chest target hoti hai, jaise rows, lat pull-downs, aur shoulder presses. Core exercises posture improve karne ke liye, jisse back fat ka appearance kam ho sakta hai. Balanced diet jo aapko calorie deficit mein rakh sake for fat loss.

Ise Machine assisted chin-ups kaha jata hai, ye machin both beginners and advanced exercise goals wale use karsakte hain, isme hum different muscle groups ko target karsakte hain by adjusting different grip level , is video me main apni lat muscle ko traget kar rahi hun
