So David says Bitcoin would be a financial crisis hedge and after the economy blows up and settles, then other alt coins might pop. That's a LONG wait to assign any improbable value to ETH by getting ahead of such crisis before BTC even plays out. Hence, you'd still long bitcoin and wait to see if the other dubious alt coin narrative plays out. Moreover, David admits that BRC20 is eating Eth's lunch but refers to its recent high fees. However, he completely fails to acknowledge that Lightning Network ultra low fees along with ongoing smart contract capabilities will be here to stay also as a medium of exchange. If you have ever built any product in your life, you know that sticking so many narratives, including deflationary function to try to lame copy the market leader doesn't really help push any one narrative. On the other hand, BTC essentially is sucking dry any ETH narrative/value so I wouldn't touch ETH with a 10-ft pole and bleed vega/theta unless a crash comes and long some ETH puts. I mean we saw the recent ETH upgrade was a nothing burger while BTC IV vol surface and long-term skew can't lie. Great interview!

hey guys, I enjoy the content. suggestion on the audio, often it's hard to hear the guests ( I understand they don't have high quality mics for podcast). I am not sure what post processing can be done there. ( the host audio quality is great). Persoanlly I have to adjust the volume to max to try to hear everyone clearly. Then the intro and outtro music becomes extremely loud in comparison. otherwise keep up the great work. thank you for your time.
