I've been actively avoiding dairy for some years - my weak spot has been pizza, which ironically makes me feel awful afterwards. It's just strange how they never include this torture as part of the marketing... by the time food reaches our plate it's so far removed from the suffering and resources it took to make it. This video has reminded me to stop all dairy consumption in all forms.
