Sword has really good counter moves and plays similar to old DW and SW weapons where you can link normal to heavy attacks. Depending on the order where you input a heavy attack, it alters the property.
Feels like Koei wanted this to be the beginner bridge weapon but its low damage and complexity might turn some of the old vets away. Still very flashy and the best execute finisher lmao.

Chakram is hard but one of the craziest weapons. I was having a hard time with at the start but then it just clicked. Like Nioh clicked.

Guandao might be the strongest weapon in the demo with its weapon buffing. The strong attacks are so smooth and you can transition into the strong attack from any point of the normal attack chain. You can even hold partway for a charged strong attack.
