Not all people have the ability to tell what they truly feel; not all people have freedom of access to themselves; not all people are strong and brave; not all people are vocal.
This is something I wrote that is very personal to me because it speaks for me. Oftentimes, I couldn't understand myself, and that explains why I can be avoidant at times. There is something that I want to let out and vent out, perhaps suppressed emotions and feelings that I've been neglecting over time, intentionally or unintentionally. I'm afraid that people might notice, I'm afraid to look vulnerable.
