Bonjours, si je laisse mon sim principal allumé (donc reste en double sim) mais je désactive le « données à l’étranger » de mon compte principal, je ne risque plus rien de roaming et c’est 100% sur Holafly du coup ?

Unfortunately the app is not working in my phone. In the section My eSIMs doesn’t have my purchase and in the contrary it is the expired section before I even use it. Customer service told to use the email they sent me. They need to fix the bug. I deleted the app as I was advised then waited for two minutes, then I restarted again and voala nothing happened, again my purchased wasn’t there on My eSIMs. I repeated this steps 4 days in a row and decided to call customer service again. They told me to install the package using the QR code that is on the mail they sent me. My trip is next week so let’s see how it goes.

Buenas, ¿que pasa si no contratas una esim con llamadas? Si no desactivas la sim si o si te cobran tarifas de roaming aunque no hagas llamadas y solo tengas la esim para datos moviles? Muchas gracias por su atencion

Frage: Kann ich dann im Ausland (in meinem konkreten Fall Australien Ostküste) zwischen der eSIM und der physischen SIM beliebig hin- und herwechseln? Es geht mir konkret um das Thema SMS für TANs, Verifizierungen etc. beliebiger Dienstleister. Die Dienstleister haben ja meine deutsche Alltags-Mobilfunknummer abgespeichert. Daher könnte es sein, dass ich mal kurz auf die physische SIM wechseln müsste. Das dieser kurze Moment dann mit höheren Kosten wegen des Roaminmgs verbunden ist, ist mir bewusst ("Opportunitätskosten"). Nach Erhalt der SMS würde ich dann wieder auf die eSIMS wechseln. Würde das hin- und zurückswitschen denn so einfach funktionieren? Oder muss die eSIM dann neu aktiviert bzw. eingerichtet werden? Ich nutze ein Pixel 4 5G. Vielen Dank & viele Grüße 😘 Phil
