Hello, thanks for your question. Do you mean you want to save the Keystone settings? If so, please set it as the below steps: enter the projector system >> Projection>>Keystone correction, set it to manual, and it will save the keystone correction after you restart it.

Is the ansi lumens 150 or 200? The official website says 400 ansi. But here it says 150 ansi! Can you confirm what it's the brightness of the projector?

I have an issue on etoe projector its dust in the lens please suggest us how i clean the lens ?
Doesn`t work. Can set Timer to 30/60/90 minutes .... but what I have to do now? If I press "okay", nothing happens. If I click back, I had my normal view, but timer isn`t active, device doesn´t shut down automaticly. If I set Timer an do nothing, Timer-View doesn`t close automaticly. At the moment, I cant use the timer function. What did I wrog?
Hello, Thank you for your contact. Please don't worry. We will help you. When you press the option of " 30/60/90" minutes, you can press the back button on the remote, and then the timer will work. It will turn off automatically according to your settings. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Our team is currently working on an independently certified TV box that will be available soon. Of course, you always have the option to continue using your current TV box as well. You can also connect TV STICK to the projector using HDMI and USB cables.

買った当初は音量調節が2種類あった。今は何故かホームボタンを押しても設定ボタンを押しても1種類しか調整できないので音が小さいなき😢助けて😢

I not sure if I have a totally defective product but I'm having a horrible experience with this product. Spoke to the website people but I think I might just return.
The volume acts up.. the focus doesn't work now... because it is electronic no override... turns on when it wants to..
