Please review A&E limits again in FAR 15.404-4 (4) (B) There is no limit on fee. Its referring to the Brooks Act and the total cost and fee cannot exceed 6% of estimated construction. This is a misnomer unless I am interpreting it wrong. Please advise. Granted the Brooks Act is also very nuanced. Thank you.
