MORRFlate How To: Clean Your Air Chucks
How to clean your MORRFlate Air Chucks.
Grab some dry lubricant, such as PTFE Lube from WD40.
Spray the lubricant between the locking collar and brass body. Then cycle the collar up and down multiple times to work out the dirt and grime. Repeat the process as many times as necessary until the collar starts moving freely and smoothly again.
That's it! We recommend this maintenance be done 1-2x a year. If you want to go longer between maintenances, then look into getting yourself some of our dust caps.

Our new slide valves are sneaky! They don't look like a valve, but they are! To use them, slide the green collar up to open the valve and let air flow through it. Slide it down to close the valve and not let air through. Ordered yesterday no confirmation email of order received, IT issues. MORRFlate contacted me immediately after emailing them my issue. They replied via text, voice mail and a personnel call to remedy the issue and they fixed the issue promptly. Looking forward to using this kit that Australian over landers 3:26 recommend using. I'm having a tough time with mine. Seems like it has a memory because this bad boy is all sorts of twisted!
So, to DEflate, hook up all 4 leads, DON'T hook up the compressor, and then simply open the green slide valve, and keep checking (shutting the valve) every so often to check? Correct? Thx!
Just received my MORRFlate system today. I'm very anxious to give it a try. This will be a much better way to air up than the compressor I had with the screw on air chuck and the highly inaccurate inline gauge.

Do you have more info on the display control board? I'm curious what is in there controlling the stop/start at the user's input.
Which one do you recommend, for 4Runner 100” or 135”?
Can you store the desired pressure or do you always have to reset it?
The compressor does not hold memory, you have to select your desired pressure each use.
Weird...so it's not showing proper pressure unless you move the valve first 🤔
If they're different by nearly 2 psi, which of them is more accurate?
Hey! You want to use the reading from the PSI Pro compressor. From our own testing we think the difference between the digital gauge on the hose kit and the compressor is due to the heat from air at the different gauges.
Just got mine the hose screen is showing a minus symbol and 2 bars battery...I have just received it..

I am confused about this? What mechanism forces the air out of the other 3 and into the flat tire? Also, couldnt you just hook up the one flat tire and fill it up? With the understanding that this lessens the duty cycle of the machine when only one tire is inflated.
Yup, you totally could just hook up to a compressor and fill the single flat. But if you don't have one available, or youre in a situation that just needs a little bit of air quickly, you can hook up to all 4 and rob air from the filled 3 tires. Once you hook everything up, you can think of it like a giant 4 chambered air tank. Air will flow from high pressure to low pressure chambers until everything is equalized. No mechanics involved, just fluid dynamics! :)

I have the 10-6 PSI Pro. How do you use it to deflate tires?
The PSI Pro compressors are used for inflation only! To air down you just have connect your MORRFlate hose kit to your tires , and open the slide valve to let the air out! To check your pressure just close the slide valve and the digital gauge will tell you what pressure you are at.
What does the M button do? Plus, I just got mine and it has a U button instead of M.
Hey! We changed the button to "U" for units. Pressing it will change the unit of measurement on the display.

Awesome product ive only used mine two times now but its a game changer. Take a little getting used to coiling up those hoses but other than that i love it.
Glad you're liking it! There's a few tricks you can use for coiling up the hose. 1) release the air pressure 2) start at the manifold and work your way out to the air chucks 3) think of coiling more as twisting the hose rather than coiling it. If you twist it as you go, it coils itself up :)
Any problems with leaks at the connectors to the valve stems?
Not since we switched to our air chucks. Designed and engineered and tested right here in Sacramento CA!

You guys should really talk about the adapter and if you’ll need one for other compressor brands before someone is out on a trail and get stuck not even being able to use your equipment.
We have that information posted all over the product pages when you buy. Air fittings aren't universal unfortunately. but we can definitely do a better job at informing in other ways!

Can this system just do two tires or will it only pressurize with all four hoses hooked to each tire?
You can do 2 tires :) Our air chucks default closed, so if you only hook up 2 tires, air won't escape from the other 2 leads not hooked up. You can even do 1 tire too if you need to reseat a bead or air up a flat.

Thinking of switching to the tensix psi pro from my Smittybilt. Will I be able to swap battery clamps to Anderson connector to not have to pop hood?
Does the smaller version of this compressor still have the 120 psi shut-off?
The new PSI Pro version of the FiveSix does. The regular FiveSix does not. We pretty much just sell the regular FiveSix at a minimal, barebones price to have a price point option for people :)
I got the 5.6 cuz I wanted to use this system on 4×4 jeep and the entire fleet of vehicles at the house (motorcycles, motorhome, cars and pickup trucks) the largest pump says "Don't use on one tire you'll brake the pump prematurely " I also am using the 4 tire kit with this pump. This aired up the jeep with 33's from 15psi to 32psi with the 4 way hose kit in 7.5 minutes. The pump didn't even get a chance to get hot to the touch. It also aired the rv, 2 tires at a time to 75psi without issue.

Bought it. Love it.
I think it's useless for the high price. It's quicker to inflate each wheel individually by unscrewing the spool than it is to unfold all this stuff and then put it back together. And if there is more dirt around you, you'll get dirty too.
My knees and low back would have to strongly disagree there, but to each their own I guess
I would race you for $100 :)

living in the PAC NW I opted to get the covers with my kit. Personally I am not a fan of mud and protecting this rad equipment only makes sense.

How did you do the first loop after using it
Great question! Start at the manifold and work your way outwards. Grab the hose roughly 12" from the manifold, then slide your other hand down the hose and while you do it, sort of cock your wrist backwards. Once you get roughly a 12-14" loop's worth of hose, flick your wrist forward, which twists the hose... the twist will force the hose to end up coiling itself up. Rinse and repeat until you are done :)
Can you start pumping all 4 up while the flat one is still less than the other 3 or must you wait for transfer/ equalization?

Do you guys no longer offer the red handle for the chuck to turn off/on the valve?
That is correct. The red handle is gone! We now use a slide valve that doesnt catch on things, is more ergonomic to use, and cant be broken off :) Much better, simpler, and longer lasting design!
