She sounded so great, the greatest version of a female anyone can imagine singing this song, though I must say she did not sound relaxed, as if she's a bit strangled and as a Christian myself, I know that because she's not singing a gospel song and it makes it like a pain to keep on singing... She would've sounded much stronger, comfortable, and "free" if she mentioned anything related to God/her Faith in Jesus!

Mariah is a singer’s singer. I respect the hard work Beyonce has put into her voice… but a pleasant tone, ease and artistry that does not make. Mariah just has IT. And whatever that IT is, most of us agree it is just ineffable and cannot be replicated. It is beyond technique and years of practice. I would not go to a Beyonce concert just to hear her sing. Let's put it that way. Too much of that loud, growl type belt and not enough melody, softness or sweetness. She can sing, but she is rather one dimensional once she goes up in register.

Just so those who don't understand get it, F5 is the same note as the highlight/climax of All By Myself. The very same not even The Great Ms. Celine Dion often struggles with.

I remember when my two friends went to see Beyonce when she came to preform in London...they were so blown away by her talent so much so they went to see her again. They also went to see Rihanna ( who infact, their favourite) but they admitted when it comes down pure entertainment value and vocal ability they said Beyonce's is phenomenal.
