What Most People Miss in Fitness (It’s Not the Gym!)
Просмотров 223 месяца назад
This new perspective has opened me to think logically, why do people even train in the gym? We should train with the main focus of moving our bodies more easily, not to lift external loads. 💪 Strength Endeavour Course: sites.google.com/view/mayankkeshil Sneak peek of course videos: ruclips.net/video/fIOx-uL4YdY/видео.html ruclips.net/video/lUpH9aUaECM/видео.html

YOU DON'T NEED FASTER INTERNET SPEEDS..
Heeeeey @ultiment Obrigado por mencionar meu canal!! I completely agree with what you said: if it's not entertaining and you're only watching for the sake of learning, you'll eventually get bored and stop watching whatever it is you're trying to use. Thanks for the shout-out!!
Sounds more like your personal opinion rather than anything "weighted" in modern literature
It seems like you're dismissing my point without offering any specific counterarguments or references to back up your claim. If you believe modern literature contradicts my message, I’d genuinely appreciate seeing the studies or evidence you’re referring to. Otherwise, it’s hard to engage constructively with what you’ve said.
Use a weighted vest or belt and resistance is easily changed. For many Calisthenics is for shorter people with under developed legs. A 300kg deadlift will always be more impressive and functional than doing 10 muscle ups.
I see where you're coming from, but for me, calisthenics is about building functional strength with my own bodyweight. More strength doesn’t always mean more function. In nature, we don’t need excessive muscle; it's about using our body efficiently for real-world movements. Adding external weight often leads to unnecessary muscle growth and extra stress on the body, which isn’t really needed outside the gym. The muscle built from deadlifts, for example, requires constant training to maintain, but it’s not natural for us to have large amounts of muscle, so you’ll lose it over time anyway if you stop training. Calisthenics is for everyone, no matter your height, and exercises like pistol squats can build leg strength without added weights. Lifting 300kg is impressive, but it’s not practical in real life. That kind of strength doesn’t translate to most daily activities. The muscles used in deadlifts and muscle-ups are different, and my focus isn’t on lifting extreme weights or doing advanced moves like muscle-ups. It's about building practical, functional strength through bodyweight movements that apply to everyday life. Another key focus of mine is to keep training simple and easy to follow. I want it to be something you don’t have to think about all the time. No need for complicated routines or worrying about extra equipment-just simple, effective movements that help you build strength without the distractions. This way, you save more time instead of using it to stress your body even more for no reason.
Good Video Man. Again a loot of wise words. keep it up. (can you please add the description)
Thanks a lot!

@@ultiment At first I tought, who is this guy, its not worth my time.. but then I started watching, and u gave really good advice! I watched some other videos from you to, and they are really good! U got one subscriber more, keep doing this
Thank you for this information- Aydan Cole
bro are u ai
Your video is being recommended.....use the algorithm while you can and include B rolls and good lighting etc....hope you do good on RUclips
Thanks bro, I'll do my best.
Nice video bro. Keep doing it, you will go far
Calisthenics is hard, I want to try doing calisthenics but my core is so weak
This is okay, we all start from somewhere. I recommend you take a picture of your normal push-up form if that is also what you are struggling on. Then compare that to pictures found online of the perfect push-up and try to adjust to the perfect form by contacting your glutes. This will not fully fix your core strength, it will just expose you to perfect form so you don't face issues in the future. If you find your core is very limited, you can do planks regularly (2 times a day to start off with) but do not go too far in each set because it can be very demotivating, just stick with a duration you believe you can stick to consistently and your core strength will improve!
very true, keep up the content man ill be supporting you!
Appreciate it!
nice video man
Appreciate it
thnks
What did u get in your GCSEs?
Hi, I am still in Year 11 but I have gone through three mock exam periods and for those I implemented the ideas in the video, more so for the third mock exam period. For the latest mock exam period I got: low 8 for biology p2, high 6 for chemistry p2(would have went to high 7 but i didn't because somehow i missed out on 9 easy calculation marks), 9 for physics p2 (with formula sheet), 7 for maths (180/240), high 6 for business (don't know what happened there), high 6 for geography p1 (don't know what happened there either), low 6 for english literature (worst weakpoint), computing p1 and p2 i PREDICT a 7 or 8, english language paper 2 will be coming back soon too and i predict above a high 6, for german i predict 7 or 8
@@ultimentI’m also doing my GCSEs this year, good luck man
you too!
Thanks, this was very useful
Glad to hear!
I will try this out!🔥
you will succeed for sure
Great video, try to make shorter pauses while speaking though
Let’s collab bro ! Keep going. 🤝
Bro why do you look both young and old at the same time 😅
😂😂😂😂😂😂 yea
Hey, I totally get where you're coming from. It's like, after a full day of school, who wants to hit the books again, right? But here's the cool part - with the internet, you've got a world of stuff to learn that's way beyond the usual class stuff. Picking up things that actually spark your interest? That's the secret sauce. It puts you miles ahead, trust me. And hey, don't sweat it if it feels like everyone else has it figured out. Truth is, we're all in the same boat, learning as we go. So yeah, you've got this! Just dive into what you love, and it'll all click into place.
I agree as a fellow Brit. Half the things that are taught are useless.
School is just a lot in general. I wish It taught us more about taxes and basic things humans need to survive. They have these opportunities in some places but It isn't even mandatory. I find that disappointing because the basic things we humans need to live, should be mandatory. Not how to calculate the velocity of an object falling off a roof. Im happy you spoke out about this.
smart kid you will go places
Man, if you do just one thing - do not stop - then you can be as big as Hamza or whoever you look up to. You have so so so huge advantage going out there in such a young age, and your peers may not understand it, butyou will know. Keep pushing it bro, the quality will come with persistence
Appreciate it man.
Hi bro, keep it going. I highly recommend you invest in a cheap mic. If your audio gets better, it will be a game-changer. You are very young, keep pushing :)
Thanks for the tip!
I have one but completely forgot about it.
YOOO COMEBACK?!
Try some story games, they also aren't too addicting and also aren't ragey
This is not the case for me but anyhow my point is that we could be doing much better things with our time than any videogames.
Keep doing what u doing brother 💪🙌
Keep up the good work, your a G.
Appreciate that

For how long should I meditate if Im just starting out?
Good question. Even a 3 minute meditation daily is enough to show benefits. I'd say to meditate for a duration that doesn't feel too short, but also don't meditate for a duration where you are wasting time. When I started out with meditation it was around 5-10 minutes. I hope this helped.
