Androgynauts - I know a place with Lyrics
Yellowstone, that's why I'm here now. This song penatrated the wall i have in my life.
I love our church ; St. Joseph in Marksville La. Going there has helped me tremendously ,with all the deaths in our family! God be with you all family, friends and the country! Peace Be With You 😇🙏💙
I sure miss my brother Jeffrey Paul Moras! I love you Jeff ❤ I love you my daddy; Paul Moras Jr! He is very sick 😢
Great buddy of mine, south side of Chicago, used to shake hands after the Bears won. This is a handshake song
Ozymandias
Yellowstone and my father. 🙏🏼
A few weeks ago I discovered my ex partner had died. He was a painter and calligrapher. The next day I went to visit what I believe was his last piece of public art, based on this beautiful song. The words of the second verse - hollowed out of rusted metal - sparkled in the sunshine on a railway platform. And it broke my heart. Thank you Mary Gauthier.
The kick to my ribs the casket somehow... 🤔
God bless yuo❤
Yellowstone today - mercy on my father, family, church, country, & every living thing.
❤🙏❤ I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU AND KEEP YOU CLOSE TO MY 💙 AND IN MY THOUGHTS MY DEAR LOVING & HARD WORKING FATHER OF MINE 🥰 REST IN HEAVEN POPS 🙏 ❤ 🙏
An amazing song wasted on a crappola film xD
This is a very beautiful song. 🥰
Beautiful song. However, this song is not just about fathers and brothers; but, about the human condition. I agree with most of the lyrics except that the "faithful" will follow the church and country into a "poisonous pit." The faithful (in my faith) will follow Christ and Him alone.
It's not "the last of a line of laughs" btw it's "the last mulatto laughs"
I first heard this song last week at church. I can't stop listening to it. My dad was a strong, athletic, hardworking man my whole life and has had dementia for about 5 years. My brother has struggled most of his life, and my church seems to be falling apart right now, and then there's our beautiful USA that seems to be drowning in the pit of hell.... This song couldn't be more perfect. 🙏🏻
Yellowstone brought me here.
My favorite Smashing Pumpkins song besides the darker version from The Watchmen
I heard this song on the miniseries case histories
I guess my Spotify account is sharing my playlist preferences with RUclips now.
This is literally a song about the apocalypse
Same here caught it on yellowstone credit a cool sad song 👍👍🇬🇧
Thanks for this song Mary, I really miss my Father and this song really resonates
Just heard it on a Yellowstone episode-jotted down the name and added it to my favorites (Have 500 Favorite songs Catalogued) Generally can't stand country music, ....Except... Crazy, Fall to Pieces (Patsy Cline)...Dreaming of Being a Cowboy and Hands on the Wheel (Willie Nelson) and a few others like ..7 Year Ache (Roseann Cash). As of today, MERCY NOW will forever have a place in my favorites and my heart!
Never people change…
Mary Gauthier is an Angelic wordsmith💜
You melt my heart!
I wish this song would become public domain. This song speaks to me soul.
THIS IS A LIE. THIS IS NOT THIS SONG. WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK
how am i hearing this today for the first time...well, cuz i called my older Brother ranting about that day in Dallas, and he's like, have ya heard the song . . . . .
This is the song that got me hooked on Mary a few years ago. It didn't take long before I had all her albums and I've seen her three times and met and talked with her. I also really enjoyed her book. She is a very loving and lovely person.
This version surpasses the original....
Such a beautiful song
Great song with message
Preciosa🤠 😘😘desde🇪🇸
This song made me feel in a way I'd lost touch with. It broke my heart wide open. Thank you, Mary Gauthier, for writing such a beautiful song.
Instead of Batman & Robin (1997) or Watchmen (2009), I can picture this song in The Crow (1994). The reason why is because it sounds like it belongs in that film, if you had seen the film before.
Makes me think of my boy Eren.
Like many others here, I first heard this in or near the credits of an episode in season one of Yellowstone. I’m a new convert to Yellowstone, and I am quickly seeing why so many others have waited for me to join them. Seldom does a song touch me so deeply the first time I hear it, but this one just exploded at me. At 71 years old, I’m told that I still can carry a tune OK, and can barely wait to share this with others at karaoke. Truly, truly beautiful, poignant, timely, and touching. I’m one of the fortunate ones who was close to both my brother and my father, and this song has so much to say about both of those relationships, and so many others. Truly beautiful.
At last, music worthwhile to listen in us movies and mini series..... it took time
I heard it the other day on the credits to "Case Histories". Which isnt a bad little series either.
Reminds me of k.t. oslin. That voice
REMINDS ME LOTS OF MEMORIES WAW SO SOFT FOR EARS
always loved this song - first heard it back in 2011-2013 on the series “Case Histories” with Jason Isaacs
I have this on more then one of my you tube playlist and I just posted it on FB......It is without question a song that exquisitely captures " this time we are living in " American living in Tbilisi , Rep. of Georgia
I like this song. A dark masterpiece.
Yes it is
@@wildearthbounder4927 I've always loved the version they did for the Batman and Robin movie.
Love the Austin Lounge lizards!
This would’ve worked better in a great Batman movie as opposed to Batman and Robin.
They needed something (this song) to save that disaster. It does have some memorable scenes... don't quote me.
@@hollie7926 I agree I liked the scene where Batman ejects out of his seat in the Batmobile and flies right into freeze’s car. Cool moment out of a couple. It’s dumb fun entertainment is what it is. I go back and watch every once and a while for some laughs and nostalgia
Life for certain isn't fair
Keep comin back for this version..tq...for makin this clip
We needed this then and we need it now
