Good Video. A few mistakes 1. Charles Vansant died at the Ingleside hotel. Not at a hospital. 2. Vansant did not know Alexander Ott. They weren't friends. 3. They didnt put the big article in the paper because of the fear of losing money. They werent sure what had happened. Scientists weren't even sure it was a shark. They bought up sea turtles and U-Boats. (As you said) 4. Thomas Cottrell wasn't on his boat. He was crossing the bridge on foot when he saw the shark swimming upcreek. 5. It is Joseph Dunn. Not John. He was swimming with his brother Michael and a friend. 6. Dunn's leg was NOT amputated. He passed away in 1981. 7. It wasnt a fisherman who caught the great white in Raritan Bay. It was a taxidermist named Michael Schleisser. It was a 7 1/2 foot juvenile Great White. It had 19 pounds of human flesh in his belly. That was the culprit. After he was caught, the attacks stopped. As you said, it was likely sick or injured. All in all, a good video.

I rescued a Loggerhead turtle baby last week due to the severe storms along the coast of the Western Cape in South Africa. Unfortunately the babies go into shock due to the cold current which causes distress. We have a very big Turtle Rescue in Cape Town

One of my bucket list is to go to beach haven, spring lake and matawan town, and kayak in matawan creek. I've read different books, read about eyewitness accounts and there is more evidence for a great white shark as the attacker. There's more evidence for a great white than a bull shark.

I live in Jersey about an hour away. Close to shore was a great book about this. Absolutely incredible thing that happened and a real sad tragedy for the lost lives and devastating pain to the families and friends.
