Going to leave another comment about format and overall video. Your videos are high quality but getting very little views. Most of the property channels that are growing fast are far more personal and walk through the houses (and sometimes the town) describing what you are seeing. List the town and asking price. Most viewers don’t want to click links and go to websites just to view information. When it could be listed on RUclips or in description. Talk about what foreign buyers could expect to buyer in your country etc. It will really help your channel and sales. The videos don’t have to be edited so much (even though you do a nice job), but high quality and thorough content would go along way. I still think 10 minute format would greatly help as well. As viewer watch time is also important in addition to getting to actually see the house and rooms better.

Just wanted to leave a comment. I recently found your channel as we have been looking for 2nd home in Europe. I think your channel would grow better and faster if you went to about a 10 minute format for the tours. Most channels that grow fast have a more personal aspect to them. (Talk about the area and make it an experience rather than just a video). Also most buyers want to know the price either in the video or in the description. And it is nice to type out the location/city name on the video so people can research the area. I think these tips would help greatly to grow your viewership. And of course make sales.

Hello is the price the sale price? We have been thwarted in buying in france, so want to live rurally and spotted there are similar properties in ireland countryside for sale. I have subscribed here to see more properties like this. We own our home outright in Lancashire and want the peace and quiet. Our house is not up for sale yet as we have a bathroom and drive to finish but hope to do that soon. Its a lovely property, just enough land.🙂
