I just purchased the switch several days ago and there are so many bugs in it. I’m extremely disappointed and I have to send it back. There’s no way I can rely on this switch. And on top of it all day today, ZyXel’s phone, Support would not connect. It kept saying the circuit is busy until about 5:30 PM then call started going through. Very disappointed in this company.

Just ordered two WBE660S for my home, hopefully no regrets being an early adopter. I'll cover them in some detail on my channel. They did seem like the best true triband option currently with x4 for 2.4, 5, and 6ghz I am always going to be a fan of Ruckus, but unfortunatly they have priced themselves out of a prosumer application and they dont even have a x4x4x4 offering yet. They may be waiting for those certification parameters though, and that could be a smart move if changes need to be made.

Hello, I have a couple of ATP800's at my datacenter and corporate office (VPN, all sec features enabled). I know this is not the same product line but with all security features enabled I noticed my 1gb internet connection gets limited to about 500-600mbps (up/down) which is defeating the point of having a 1gb ISP connection. First question, can one of the (2) 10gb ports P3-P4 on this new FLEX H be used for WAN connectivity and perhaps P13-14 for downstream network access? Secondly, with this new unit being 10Gb would it be able to handle full 1gb throughput out through the WAN? I know technically it should, but again taxing it with all the security features enabled my current units take a toll. Thank you! Lastly, any of these same upgrades coming to the ATP line? thanks.

Is there anything special I have to do to use the wax620d-6e I just bought as a wireless access point to a wired device? Wifi to AP and device plugged directly into lan port of AP?

1) when is WAX640 available to buy? 2) does i need any additional cloud or software to manage the wifi? 3) which models i can combine to use Mesh? 4) is it possible to make bandwith management for specific devices in 2.4GHz?

I work at a distribution office for ZyXEL in the Netherlands. Amazing how the new WiFi-6 with all it's features is working wel in a steel cage. Soon I have a site survey at a steel factory, so I am highly interested in how ZyXEL and company did work it all out.
