It is a beautiful and magical place, with an ideal climate. It has 3 drawbacks - it resides in the Marxist Republic of tyrant Gavin Gruesom, has hundreds of retired, phony Hollywood screwball s & celebrities, and housing prices and taxes are 9bcene! I lived there 18 months and it was perfection, save forcthe above - and this was before a horror like Gruesome was in charge - when I lived there (we had a sensible libertarian - George Deukmejian back then[. Now, CA is run li,e a banana republic!
