The purple flower in your video is catmint not catnip. Catnip has white flowers and has an entirely different appearance to catmint. I know this because I grow them both.

Evidently where I live here in Northern California it's an ideal environment for white horehound. It's always difficult to keep things growing because of the hot and dry climate I live in so when it showed up in a flower bed I just let it grow. This year it is everywhere but that's okay, at least I'm not staring at bare dirt.

This year I started my first herbal garden. Everything is good except for the lavender.

There is a certain part of the nettle plant that is a pure antihistamine. More effective than the leaves by far.

You can tincture with apple cider vinegar. Which is a highly effective remedy on its own.
