I live in this area of Philadelphia there's alot addicts around but most stay on Kensington Avenue I live 2 blocks from where this was filmed to be honest the police are scared of the dealers which unbelievable the cops pretty much let them sell drugs on certain blocks as long as they stay on those certain blocks they leave them alone . It's the addicts that do the drugs out in the open with the police right there the police don't feel like doing the paper work I guess .

I feel empathy for these women but how do you change a culture that has existed for thousands of years from beyond their borders? Change has to come from within. Change the attitudes not only in the men there but the women as well. Their education system is extremely poor. It starts with proper education.
