This video shows the improvements to The Palace Tower which include some new lighting, reconfiguration of retail stores and skylobbies, and the additions of stairs and dumbwaiters in the restaurant. This update will be published on the Skyscrapersim Forum later this month.
I had an idea for a possible update to your new World Trade Center mockup. With a floor count of 120 compared with 110 for the original, a tuned mass damper could have been added and turned into a tourist attraction like Taipei 101, but as an extension of the observation platforms in both towers.

Could you make Children's Medical Center Dallas please?
Creating buildings in Skyscrapersim is extremely time consuming. This building alone consists over 300 hours of work. Because of this I cannot take any building requests.

Sky II is not my building. The Sandy Spire versions 2 and 3 will be included with the next download.

The sand is on the beach side of the tower. The pool and beach area is not completed at this time

It is not turned on by default. That option is available in the Skyscrapersim Control Panel

I already did. Check my older videos. This video only shows the changes from the previous version. The older videos are much longer and show more of the building.

Why low fps?
Fraps does not perform well at high resolutions. While there are other video capture programs out there, I wanted to dedicate more time to work on the actual building, rather than making the video.
