They need longevity. I don’t want an older Batman to a young superman again. We need a young Batman and a young superman to see them grow together, see their biggest achievements and losses together and gain wisdom beside each other. the bromance is something I’ve wanted to see for a very long time, perfectly presented on screen. I want to see the formation of the bat family not just the end product. That will be rewarding for DC fans and even movie goers who are not familiar with the comics to see the lore of DC unravel cinematically in front of his eyes. I want to see the formation of the Justice League and the formation of the Flash Family

Some things you mentioned as confirmed are just rumors.

Alternate versions of the characters from The King of Fighters do exist in the Fatal Fury Universe. The thing is they cannot ever be playable because then we would just have The King of Fighters, all the partakers of the tournament must always be FF characters so that it is Fatal Fury. As for a lore explanation, apparently the thing is that in the Fatal Fury universe the main bad guys of KOF never managed to carry out their evil plans for reasons, and therefore, the worldwide KOF tournament just doesn't exist and only the Southtown KOF tournament does. This explains how Capcom vs SNK is canon to the Street Fighter universe without contradicting the fact that the Terry in SF6 is Fatal Fury Terry and not KOF Terry.

Darkstalkers has always been part of the SF universe. Felica fell in love with Blanka in her 1st ending,after seeing him on TV. Morgan and many others were invited to Eliza's B day party in the background of Ken's stage in SFA2.

Street Fighter is not in the Darkstalker Universe. I think Ghost and Goblins, and Devil May Cry are. Ghost and Ghoblin's Japanese name is, Makaimura. Most of Darkstalkers takes place in the Maki. Pretty much a world with a thin rift between the maki and human world. So if they are not connected, they could be.

Also... I actually think Luke in SF5-6 is connected to, if not actually, Gunloc from SNS

Personally, and this is just me, I don’t think anything but Final Fight and Rival Schools (and tangentially Saturday Night Slammasters) connects directly to Street Fighter. Anything else is merely a cheeky Easter Egg.

Due to how this was handled (worst than duke nukem forever), i prefer ignore the fact that Akuma was in Tekken 7.
