Where are these wonderful recliners available? Alabama?

I've had the couch version for about 2 years now and not satisfied. I'm a skinny person and the left side seat sinks to the right/ middle of the couch. Paid a lot of money for this and it happened shortly after my purchase. I have to put a small pillow on that side to sit comfortably. 500 dollar couch on other side of room never did this.

What about the power recliners???

I bought your single recliner. Identical color and everything. I keep looking at the plug on the end and couldn't figure out what was missing, pretty sad it took me this long to figure out that's where I can plug my phone in. LOL

We have this chair in my work sleeping quarters. Been here for 7 months and always wondering how others have it pulled up and only now did I learn that there is a button on the side. Thank god I found this video or I could have broken the chair 🤣 Now I can nap comfortably.

Just received my home stretch loveseat and it already needs replaced 1 week old. Repair tech says the frame was made bent and is getting me a new one. Fair warning on Home Stretch despite how great they say the furniture is in videos.

We've had our HomeStretch Power Recliner with Head and Lumbar in Mushroom for three days now. they are very comfortable but the phone charging stations in the armrest do not turn off when the phone is fully charged. The phones and the charging stations both become very hot. we are now afraid to use them. They were an important feature in our buying decision. Buyer beware!!

We paired it with a large medallion rug that has a turqoise/teal blue to it and this love seat picked the color up on that beautifully. It was an unexpected bonus that it went so well with the rug. What about the middle

I bought this exact sofa (x2) a few months back and where i sit the back is now 2 " lower than other two seats, i'm so sad .....what can i do ? my hubby whom is 6'5" sits on other side and his is fine ....we are empty nesters and very kind to our furniture. Please help !
